Hi Alondra! It actually doesn’t send you to a survey. 🙂 The page it takes you to contains a form where you submit your mailing address so they can send you your sample. The bulleted points at the top are just so you can select a blog as your ‘referring blog’, that’s all. 🙂 You can choose any of the blogs on the list. You’re done once you enter your address and hit submit! No survey. 🙂
